On April 15, AT&T just sold its 10% stake in the streaming service for a cool $1.43 billion — a transaction that valued Hulu at $15 billion.
MoffettNathanson analyst Craig Moffett said Comcast's primary concern is that NBC's content would continue to be distributed by Hulu.
