Whoopi Goldberg laughed as 'The View's tar Joy Behar asked Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson about low public opinion of Supreme Court. 'Too blunt?' Behar asked.

Justice Jackson replied by stressing that "public opinion of the court is really important" because the court is an institution that, unlike other branches of government, isn't supposed to bestow the opinions of its members in rulings."We don't have any way of enforcing our opinions other than people's belief that the rule of law is important and that the court is safeguarding it. So, we have to rely in a lot of ways on public opinions.
