The one change is that it will get slightly hotter with highs approaching the mid 90s. Area rainfall is approaching 11″ so far in July. One or two or more inches could fall before the month is through, likely putting us above 1 foot of rain for the month!.
Large plumes of Saharan dust had been keeping tropical development down, but a disturbance in the Atlantic has found a window in that and could develop in a few days.
