Leaving the UK: Eva Juozaitiene and her husband Mantas swapped the outskirts of London to build their own self-sufficient home in Lithuania
was falling apart. It needed to be underpinned, required a new roof, and there was no running water or toilets. Mantas decided to take on the job of restoring it, with construction beginning in November 2021 and expected to finish by the end of June.
