To remedy the situation, the woman got in her car and used it to push the parked car into the middle of the road before getting out and confronting the neighbor while wielding a shovel., a woman named Joelle DeVincentis is at the center of the incident. The alleged offender is a neighbor who doesn’t want a car parked in front of her yard.
DeVincentis claims that the neighbor had complained at least three times and called theDeVincentis states that she has been ticketed by the police for blocking her own driveway, but still prefers parking in front of her neighbor’s house because of the street light.
