CLEVELAND, Ohio - Walsh Jesuit quarterback Keller Moten threw three touchdown passes and rushed for two to lead the Warriors over Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin, 63-21, on Friday night at Lion Stadium.

Walsh had already clinched a playoff spot before the game and currently is ranked first in Division II, Region 5. NDCL entered the game seeded 11th in D-IV, Region 13.Walsh’s Lucas Weaver scored on a 3-yard run just 99 seconds into the game. NDCL answered when Ryan Lipowski threw a touchdown pass to Connor Hernan. The Warriors again scored in less than two minutes of game clock as Moten scored from 3-yards out. NDCL answered again and tied the game on Brayden Buell’s rushing touchdown.

In the second quarter, the Walsh offense kept scoring while the defense held NDCL scoreless. Marty Tobin scored on a 83-yard run. After a defensive stop, Moten rushed for his second touchdown. In the final minute of the half, Moten threw a touchdown pass to Jonah Campagna. Walsh led 35-14 at the half.Moten threw touchdown passes in the third quarter to Milan Parris and Aiden Henry. Sophomore quarterback David Ternosky scored on a 59-yard touchdown run.
