Universal Orlando Resorts is launching a new nighttime experience at Volcano Bay, featuring select attractions, live entertainment, and character meet-and-greets.
Universal Orlando Resorts is making a splash with a brand-new nighttime experience at its Volcano Bay water theme park. For the first time ever, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy their favorite water attractions under the stars, alongside live entertainment and character meet-and-greets from beloved DreamWorks projects.
This exciting event, dubbed Volcano Bay Nights, will feature select attractions like Krakatau Aqua Coaster, Ko’okiri Body Plunge, and Kala and Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides. Guests can groove to a live DJ at Waturi Beach, participate in fun games like hula hoop and limbo, all while marveling at the iconic 200-foot Krakatau volcano. Volcano Bay Nights will be held on select Saturday nights, including April 12, April 26, May 3, May 10, and May 17, 2025. The experience will be offered with limited capacity, so those eager to secure their spot should purchase tickets promptly. For an even more exclusive experience, private cabanas will be available to reserve, starting at $249.99. However, these luxurious retreats must be booked in-person at the park on a first-come, first-served basis. The nighttime festivities begin at 7:00 p.m., but guests with tickets can arrive as early as 4:00 p.m. to fully enjoy the park's offerings. Universal Orlando Passholders will receive a special 10% discount on the ticketed price when they present their valid Annual or Seasonal Pass and photo ID.
