Downtown Music Group Holdings was originally established as a music publishing company in 2007, and now has more than 20 offices across six continents with divisions in artist and label services, distribution, royalty and financial services and music publishing. Its business include FUGA, Downtown Artist & Label Services, Curve Royalties, CD Baby, Downtown Music Publishing and Songtrust.
