Karen Yerusavage was crossing the street by her home in Midtown Harrisburg when she was almost hit by a van. After trying to speak with the driver, the woman says she was assaulted."Nothing would have been done if it wasn't caught on video," said Yerusavage, a disabled Harrisburg resident battling leukemia.
She had just parked her car Tuesday when she was almost struck by a driver speeding down the alleyway, Yerusavage said. It happened around 10:30 a.m. in the area of Harris and Fulton streets.
