Utah lawmakers celebrated the passage of a bill to protect employees from sexual harassment at work and void certain provisions of nondisclosure agreements.
<p>SALT LAKE CITY — Eighty percent of women and 43% of men have experienced some form of sexual harassment at work, and 70% of victims face retaliation after reporting harassment.
