More people staying at the Americas Best Inn started moving out on Sunday.
The managers for the hotel off Baymeadowes Road gave them a notice Thursday saying they had to be out by Friday due to renovations.She said there is no one for them to pay rent to and until an eviction notice is done the right way, technically they don’t have to leave.
The former manager said outside of that five, she knows maybe three other families who’ve already left.
