Gibson has since stood on his innocence and recently predicted his arrest in a now-deleted social media post. During the hearing, Farmer told Gibson that he could settle the contempt charges and avoid jail time if he paid the amount, which included a $7,500 payment for Lee’s attorney fees in the child support case.
Before the hearing on Monday, Gibson predicted his arrest in court the next morning. In the post, he stood on always being there and “taking care” of his children.
