Two people have been taken to hospital following an assault.
A 57-year-old man and 40-year-old woman were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment following the assault.An investigation into the incident is now under way and police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.Detective Constable Ross Gemmell said:"We are working to establish the full circumstances and would urge anyone with information to come forward.
"Our inquiries so far suggest a number of people were in the area at the time and I would ask anyone who hasn’t yet spoken to police to get in touch. "You can contact us on 101, quoting incident number 3767 of Tuesday, February 7, 2023, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
