Two men charged with robbery and possession of imitation firearm after £300k allegedly taken from Post Office
Two men have been charged after almost £300,000 was allegedly stolen from a Post Office in Stockport.
The alleged incident happened at the Heald Green branch on Finney Lane, last Saturday . Police were called to the just after 1pm, a GMP spokesman said. Rakib Shah, 25, and Aksar Shah, 28, both of Denewell Avenue, Ardwick, have been charged with robbery; and possession of an imitation firearm. Both men appeared at Tameside Magistrates' Court yesterday . Three other men - aged between 19 and 38 - were also arrested in connection with the incident and released on bail.
