Toxicology reports showed Parker also had xylazine, a sedative used for animals also called “tranq,” in his system. Investigators found Stronocne had been able to sneak fentanyl into the Coffee County Jail and provided Hicks with pills.Both men are being held in the Coffee County Jail with no bond.
