A Tuscarawas man was arrested Thursday after a reported assault at a freshman football game at West Holmes High School.
Deputies say 46-year-old Raymond Korns II was arrested after being spotted on State Route 39 by a deputy responding to the initial call.
Investigators at the scene determined Korns was on the home side of the stadium and struck two adult males in the stands causing visible injuries to both, deputies say. Korns attempted to flee the scene and struck an adult pedestrian that was attempting to keep him from leaving, according to the sheriff’s office.
