The Tucson police officer was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officers were chasing the person at El Con mall when an officer was struck by a vehicle, police said. The officer was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.Charges the person faces or the identities of those involved were not released as of Thursday.
