Tagovailoa is a native of Hawaii. In his three seasons at Alabama, he played in two CFP national-championship games and famously rallied the Crimson Tide for a 26-23 overtime victory against Georgia in the title contest for the 2017 season. Tagovailoa entered the NFL as the fifth selection in the 2020 draft.
