President Trump calls the handling of the case against 'Empire' actor Jussie Smollett for allegedly faking a hate crime 'an embarrassment to the nation'
President Donald Trump said Thursday the Justice Department would investigate the case of actor Jussie Smollett, calling it an “embarrassment to our nation.”
In a tweet, Mr. Trump said the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Justice Department would review the “outrageous Jussie Smollett case in Chicago.”
