Former President Donald Trump may try to move his Georgia election interference case to federal court, his lawyer said in a court filing Thursday.

“President Trump hereby notifies the Court that he may seek removal of his prosecution to federal court,” Steven Sadow, the 77-year-old former president’s lead lawyer in the case, said in aTrump can formally request the move within 30 days of his arraignment, which occurred on Aug.
