Mr Morty did not deny taking the food, but claimed managers had previously given him permission to do so - and took the company to tribunal claiming unfair dismissal.ruling published on Monday found in Mr Morty’s favour, ruling that there was “no real desire” to grapple with his claims of culture of taking unclaimed food, and that the investigation was “flawed with a rush to guilty judgement”.
