A lull between the active storm systems exists for southcentral and parts of the interior Friday and early Saturday. By Saturday afternoon and evening, the Kenai Peninsula will see clouds rolling in.

Flooding will also be an issue in surrounding states.
Two storms are impacting the state on Thursday; The first is spinning over the Bering Sea. This system will bring increasing winds and rain to Western Alaska and the Aleutian Chain starting tonight.
