Formula 1's Toto Wolff has told how racing superstar Lewis Hamilton surprised him by presenting him with a special motorbike.The Mercedes principal and the racing driver have worked together for many years, with Hamilton driving for the team since 2013. Speaking on the Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard podcast, Wolff revealed that Hamilton once turned up at a dinner in Monaco with the bike, after realising that he'd never bought him a gift.
''When Wolff asked why he was giving him the motorbike, he said that Hamilton replied: 'You know, you have done so many great things, you and I together, and I've never given you a gift. So I want to give you the number one of the 44 edition.'Hamilton, 39, is moving to Ferrari next year and has his last race with Mercedes coming up in Abu Dhabi this weekend. Posting about it on Instagram this week, he said how 'proud' he was of his time with the team.
