Tony’s Pizza Napoletana is offering an ambitious tasting menu.

on Thursday. Dubbed “Pizzas From Around the World,” the menu walks you through several different styles of pies. It’s available for tables of up to six people, costing $500 per table.Tony Gemignani, the chef at the shop, told Eater that customers had been asking him to do a tasting menu for years, so they could try all of the restaurant’s pies at once. “So, I kinda finally did it after nearly 15 years,” he said.

Then, you start getting pizzas that feature the different American styles: a New Haven coal-fired clam and garlic pie; the Grandma the Hippie, a veggie pan pizza with thinner crust than a Sicilian or Detroit-style pizza; the Sicilian New York All-Star, one of the thickest options; the Detroit Motorhead; and a St. Louis-style pie with a snappy, cracker-like crust. To finish, Tony’s is giving diners classic Italian desserts—assorted cannoli and tiramisu.

“At Tony’s, I cook like my mom cooked,” Gemignani said about the abundance of the offering. “You know, when you came over for dinner you always left with food. So I always kind of mirror my restaurants and portions with how my mom served food at home.” Gemignani added that he imagines the experience will appeal to hard-core pizza lovers and more casual fans alike, especially people who may be interested in pitting different regional styles against one another. With seven options, they’ll have more than enough to compare. But be warned—the entire experience is only allotted one hour and 45 minutes. You better come hungry.Tori Latham is a digital staff writer at Robb Report.
