Tiffany Haddish is reflecting on what she calls her “weird” breakup with Common. Haddish, who dated the rapper for about a year before they parted ways in 2021, opened up about their relationship, and their split, in the May 8 episode of the “Making Space with Hoda Kotb” podcast.
“It’s where I felt safest out of all the relationships I’ve ever had.” The “Here Today” star said she knew their status changed when Common didn't invite her to three events he attended: a concert in New York, a birthday party for former President Barack Obama and his own birthday celebration.
