Check out the Dazzle and Twist, Thor's newest Class B camper vans. They're reasonably priced around $120,000 and act as base camps for adventurers.
, all Ram ProMaster vans are front-wheel drive. The vans come empty inside, allowing Thor full control of the interior layout and all systems. Sure, there's nothing stopping you from building your own camper van out of a gutted ProMaster, but it's doubtful it would be cheaper and perhaps plagued with incurable electrical gremlins. Hence, take our $120,000.
The Dazzle and Twist strike us as"sleeper" camper vans. Literally, yes, people sleep inside of them. But figuratively, aside from tasteful Dazzle and Twist side stickers, they basically look like normal Ram ProMaster vans. They're stealthy, not gaudy or overpacked with exterior attachments. Heck, they don't even have awnings. Thor says that some people they talked to just didn't want them .
We won't cover all the details, but the new Dazzle and Twist Thor ProMaster camper vans have all the electrical and plumbing of a regular RV. Notables are the fancy Truma Combi Eco Hydronic furnace and water heating system and the Showermiser that recirculates cold water instead of sending it down the drain. There is a standard 190w solar system.
On the inside, the Dazzle and Twist have functional kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stainless steel sinks, and two-burner gas cooktops. There are various outlets throughout, but a pop-up outlet on the countertop is a cool feature. Zippered window privacy shades make that whole process super easy and eliminate those pesky rays of sunlight that sneak around traditional pull-down shades. There's even a fancy screen for the sliding entryway door, allowing for fresh air without any bugs.
Some of the floorplans have a retractable roof top with a SkyBunk sleeping area. The pop-up obviously adds more sleeping area and is generally accepted as awesome in the camper van world—expect to those who detest the idea. Hence the option is there for the taking., are fully loaded, reasonably priced home base camper vans that keep the practical and necessary while cutting the high-end fluff.
