This Alamo City-raised actor is hosting Saturday Night Live this week

Clicker, the massive zombie Pascal fights in “The Last of Us,” appears on stage. Before he hits the monster with a hammer, SNL’s Sarah Sherman and Molly Kearney rush in to tell him Clicker is actually a new cast member.

“Listen, I know it’s your first time hosting, but a little advice: Don’t hit the cast members with a hammer, you maniac,” Sherman tells Pascal. Pascal was born in Santiago, Chile. He and his family were given political asylum from General Augusto Pinochet’s military dictatorship. The family first fled to Denmark before immigrating to San Antonio in 1982. Pascal lived in the Alamo City until he turned 11. He attended Colonies North Elementary School on San Antonio’s North Central Side., his time as a competitive swimmer and sneaking into Alamo City movie theaters.. “It was like they babysat me.
