UNESCO marks April 23 as World Book Day. Members of Philibros, Acción Colombia, and Philatinos Radio are spending the day celebrating Philly's Latinos authors and readers.
The celebration takes place from 5 to 7 p.m. on April 23 at the Mexican Cultural Center on 901 Market St.
