Marvel Studios is developing the MCU's X-Men.

Marvel Studios began to integrate mutants into the MCU after Disney acquired 20th Century Fox's properties in 2019, beginning with Ms. Marvel's Kamala Khan and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever's Namor.
In February 2024, Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed that Marvel Studios would be slowing down output, and focusing on the MCU's more popular and low-risk franchises. After The Marvels' abysmal performance at the global box office, this is likely to mean that the Captain Marvel franchise won't be revisited for quite some time, especially since Brie Larson's Carol Danvers has been one of the most criticized superheroes in the MCU's history.
Carol Danvers’ MCU Departure Could Set Up Rogue As A Powerful Villain Rogue debuted in Marvel Comics as a supervillain, working alongside her adoptive mother, Mystique, and the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, but this aspect of Rogue's personality hasn't been seen on-screen. 20th Century Fox's X-Men franchise introduced Anna Paquin's Rogue as a young runaway who found her way to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters after befriending Hugh Jackman's Wolverine.
