“Hip hip Hooray!” yelled young Timmy on that crisp autumn day.“Don’t you know the day? Don’t you know the time? Haven’t you heard?This is just a sketch. Obviously, it's not to scale.On this day magic happens. The planets align and the stars sign. You can do just about anything.And look over there, up in the air! An egg balanced on a broom on top of a flea’s tippy top hair!
Maybe you should start small. Just start with a broom. Balance it over there and then we can try the flea’s hair.” Timmy’s mom explained: “The Vernal Equinox is indeed a day, but mostly it just has to do with night and day. In the summer, on our part of the Earth, we are tilted just a bit towards to the Sun to make day long and the day short in Perth .
