The featurette provides behind-the-scenes footage of the sequel’s highly-anticipated climax, which may involve a confrontation between the parents and the demon possessing the girls. It shows the Leslie Odom Jr. and the rest of the cast carefully rehearsing for the emotional sequence, while Green guides them through his vision.“Since the death of his pregnant wife in a Haitian earthquake 12 years ago, Victor Fielding has raised their daughter, Angela on his own,” reads the synopsis.
The sequel is produced by Jason Blum, David Robinson, and James Robinson, with Green, McBride, Couper Samuelson, and Stephanie Allain executive producing.
