Despite only having one appearance so far, Pattinson has already managed to become one of the best live-action Batman actors.

Gotham's Gang War Should Have Brought Batman Out Oz Cobb's Plan Turned Gotham Into A War Zone Close &#x2715 Remove Ads The Penguin follows Farrell's Oz Cobb as he attempts to fill the power vacuum in Gotham City's criminal underworld that was created by Carmine Falcone's death in The Batman. To do so, Oz decides to put Gotham's two most notorious crime families against one another.

Sofia Gigante got revenge for how her family treated her, killing all but one member of the Falcones with gas and later shooting Johnny Viti in the head as she started a new crime family to destroy Oz. The fight between the Falcones and the Maronis left a trail of blood on the streets of Gotham, with shootouts in the middle of the street, prison attacks, and Oz burning Sal Maroni's wife and son alive.

&#x2715 Remove Ads With Gotham City and its citizens being caught in the crossfire of The Penguin's gang war, one would imagine that scenario would require Robert Pattinson's Batman to step in. While the HBO series is all about Farrell's Oz Cobb, a single appearance from the Dark Knight to address the state of disarray in Gotham would be warranted. However, it has already been revealed that Pattinson's Batman will not appear in The Penguin.
