The video highlights M.M.'s meticulous organization skills as he unveils five new rules for the team pertaining to Post-It notes, petty cash requests, file keeping, checking out weapons, and desk cleanliness. Although his rules sound a little humorous, he is clearly asserting his authority as he concludes, "Five simple rules. Easy. And if you don't like it, you can eat my d--k." M.M. also specifically calls Butcher out, highlighting the new change in leadership.
In the trailer for The Boys season 4, Hughie Campbell describes wanting to turn over a new leaf with the team. Fed up with the violence, he suggests the team start acting a little more human, and with M.M. in charge, wishes like Hughie's may actually carry some weight. However, the leadership change could also be problematic by resulting in a power struggle between M.M. and Butcher.
