The vehicle was eventually stopped and two suspects, 14 and 15, were arrested, Salazar said at a news conference. They have been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to NBC affiliateSalazar said he believes the suspects"came to this location and did a drive-by shooting" and"hit the wrong house."

People in a nearby home allegedly returned fire during the chaos. The sheriff said they"may or may not have been the intended target of this."
