Texas A&M redshirt sophomore quarterback Conner Weigman is sidelined with an AC sprain in his right throwing shoulder, according to coach Mike Elko.

Last season, Weigman got off to a promising start as the Aggies’ starter under center with a 2-1 record through three games. He suffered a broken bone in his left foot in A&M’s fourth game of the season, a win over Auburn.Weigman finished the year with 979 passing yards and eight touchdowns with two interceptions. He added two scores and 63 yards on the ground.
