Anglia Water again said it was 'really sorry'

Potentially thousands of residents in 10 villages in West Northamptonshire and a neighbourhood of Northampton have been left with little or no water supply this morning, Monday February 6.

A number of villages surrounding Cold Higham and Pattishall have also reported a loss of water supply. Anglian Water has yet to discover the cause of this but believe it to be a leak. The burst water main in Far Cotton is affecting supplies to properties in the area bordered by Mereway , Delapre Crescent Road, Eagle Drive and Blisworth Close in Briar Hill. Anglian Water announced the problem on their website just after 9.30am this morning, saying it was "really sorry".

Meanwhile a suspected leak has affected at least 10 villages to the west of Northampton: Gayton, Dalscote, Tiffield, Ascote, Pattishall, Cold Higham, Grimscote, Litchborough, Caswell, and Foxley. Anglia Water again said it was "really sorry".
