After multiple police cars and a helicopter were seen “rushing around left and right” near Croxley Common Moor yesterday afternoon , Hertfordshire Constabulary have now confirmed arrests have been made.
Officers had been alerted to the motorbike theft at around 3.50pm, before starting an area search in which the National Police Air Service were deployed.Two 17-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of theft and dangerous driving. Both have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Inspector Matthew Langley said: “Officers responded quickly to this incident and were able to recover the motorbike and return it to its rightful owner.”
