Richard Allen is set to be back before a judge next week in Fort Wayne.

INDIANAPOLIS — A teen was charged in connection with an armed carjacking on the south side of Indianapolis.

According to court documents, a witness told officers he was driving in the area when a woman walked in front of him and made him stop. The man told police the men held a gun to his head and took his pockets, taking his wallet, ID, bank card, keys, and iPhone. They also ordered him to not move, or they would kill him.

Then, shortly after 11 p.m. that same night, officers tasked with finding the carjacked Ford Explorer spotted it near an apartment complex at Stop 11 Road and Madison Avenue.
