That suggests two things to me though. One: This isn’t an ideal situation for Walker, given the nearly 1.9 million early ballots that were cast ahead of Tuesday. His campaign was counting on a massive turnout on Election Day to eat away at any lead that Warnock likely built up among those voters.see at in-person locations during the weeklong early voting period show that the condensed runoff period made it harder for people to vote when they were actually able to get to the polls.
