Marcedes Lewis re-signed with the Bears on a one-year deal Monday for what will be his 19th season in the NFL.
The Bears jump out to a sizable lead over the Cardinals after Justin Fields fakes the handoff and throws a dart to Marcedes Lewis. Courtney Cronin joined ESPN in 2017, originally covering the Minnesota Vikings before switching to the Chicago Bears in 2022. She previously worked at the San Jose Mercury News as a multimedia sports journalist.
"I think one of the coolest things in my mind that I got to see was just, you've got this guy that's in the room that's ascending to be a really high-level player, that has Marcedes there to lean on him to see what kind of professional he is, the mentality he brings, all that stuff," former Bears offensive coordinator Luke Getsy said in December 2023.
