Swift's presence has been known to bring good luck to the Chiefs, as they won all seven home games she attended during the 2024-2025 season. Kelce expressed his excitement for the game, referencing Swift's hit song '22' and playfully hinting at potential love songs about their relationship.

Swift was present for all four of the Chiefs’ playoff victories last season, including their Super Bowl win over the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Kelce sat out the Chiefs’ regular season finale on January 5 against the Denver Broncos after Kansas City clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC, and he told McAfee he’s itching to get back to action — while using a Swift lyric in the process.
“I’ll never chime in, but I’m here to support it,” Kelce added. “I’m here to see where it can go, you know what I mean?”
