In this week’s North Royalton Police Blotter, police observed a black Ford Escape with expired plates traveling on Royalton Road near Taco Bell.
Drunken driving, Royalton Road:
After observing the Ford weave its way down the road, the Escape was pulled over near the Broadview Heights line. While talking to the driver, the officer smelled marijuana. Asked about the odor, the woman denied smoking but then quickly admitted to having “some marijuana.”During a search of the Honda, police found a leather bag containing gummies, a grinder, THC cartridge, pipe and baggie of marijuana.The driver was cited for drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
