The NYPD is looking for a suspect who hit a man with a chair in the East Village.
According to police, at 6:20 p.m. on Nov. 15 a 61-year-old building manager attempted to remove three unknown individuals from the building vestibule, located in the vicinity of East 15th Street and 1st Avenue, who were smoking alleged marijuana. One person proceeded to pick up a chair and used it to hit the building manager in the head.
The suspects then fled the location in an unknown direction. The victim suffered serious injuries to his head and was taken by paramedics to Beth Israel Hospital in stable condition.
