Suspect in killing of Dallas man who testified in Amber Guyger trial jailed after 4 years
Revised at 10:14 a.m. June 8 to include additional information about where Thaddeous Green was arrested., a witness in the murder trial of Amber Guyger in 2019 who was found killed just days after his testimony, is in the Dallas County jail after evading arrest for years.
Records show Thaddeous Green, 26, was booked May 18 into the Dallas County jail. He faces a charge of capital murder, and his bail is set at $2 million. It was unclear Wednesday if he has an attorney in the murder case.The Dallas district attorney’s office said Green was arrested in Jefferson Parish, La., in December 2021 and served time in a Louisiana prison before he was extradited to Dallas County.
