The U.S. Marshals Service has arrested a suspect named in the Oct. 1 murder of a 16-year-old boy.
Jay Shan Vance was arrested Thursday after being named a suspect in the case, according to the Marshals Service.Euclid police say Keshaun Lamar was killed after being shot in the early in the morning on Oct. 1 in the 27500 block of Brush Ave.“He was a cool young dude,” Armond Richard, Lamar’s neighbor said. “Always laughing, smiling.”
