Super Micro said it received a letter from Nasdaq informing the company of the extension to stay listed.
Super Micro said on Friday that it had received an extension from Nasdaq that pushes off a potential delisting until at least February.
Super Micro has been facing the potential of being delisted from the Nasdaq because it's yet to file audited year-end financials for the latest fiscal year and is also late with its quarterly results.
