LAHAD DATU: Police have detained 13 students of a vocational college here in relation to the death of their schoolmate whose body had injuries and bruises Friday.
The 17-year-old victim was found unconscious in one of the rooms at the college hostel at about 6.50am. Lahad Datu Hospital staff who came to provide emergency treatment later confirmed the passing of the victim.
District Police chief ACP Dr. Rohan Shah Ahmad said there had been a disagreement between the victim and other hostel residents.
