Four staffers “departed” the company after being questioned by Crowder and refusing to sign the NDA, the outlet reported.
The agreements, reviewed by Mediate, said that staffers who breached the company’s confidentiality would be “liable to the Company for liquidated damages in the amount of $100,000.00.”“How corrupt or clueless do you have to be to respond to reports of employee abuse by turning around and threatening employees with a $100,000 fine?”
Crowder held another meeting on July 27 where he reportedly downplayed sexual misconduct allegations — first Staffers were further forbidden from communicating with former employees over text-messages that were sent to former employees. The recent hire of Michael Spadone — a former field director at Project Veritas who was accused of kissing and groping a former colleague in a— is another indication that Crowder’s predatory regime is here to stay, former employees said.
