The second North Shore 4-star recruit to commit today was Quanell X Farrakhan Jr., the son of Houston-based activist Quanell X. A wide receiver, Farrakhan Jr. was ranked as the 37th wide receiver in the ‘25 class and the 43rd player in the State of Texas onMichael is a Kingwood native who loves visiting local restaurants and overreacting to Houston sports. He joined the KPRC 2 family in the spring of 2024. He earned his B.A. from Texas A&M University in 2022 and his M.A.
