Developer Granite Properties has completed a second Southlake Town Square office building.
“Granite Place II puts the needs of the modern workforce and their wellbeing first,” Will Hendrickson, senior managing director at Granite Properties, said in a statement. “Together with the great shops and restaurants at Southlake Town Square, the building is ideally positioned to help companies attract top talent and grow their businesses.”
The new Southlake project is almost 20% leased so far. Granite Properties’ Robert Jimenez, Burson Holman and Elizabeth Fortado are marketing the building. “Now that Granite Place II is complete and we can show the final product, we have already seen a big increase in leasing activity,” Hendrickson said. “In comparison, once we delivered Granite Place I, leasing activity increased, which is typical for this type of building and market.”Granite Place II is one of three new Dallas-area office projects by Granite Properties.
